Take the free quiz to find out if you have any intuitive gifts!

What were your quiz results?  I tested high in all categories!

I remember being a kid and feeling SO much, and thinking I must be the only person who felt that way.  As a young adult, a lot of my empathic gifts turned into anxiety (because I didn't have the right tools to thrive) and I started to think something must be wrong with me.

If you tested high in ANY of the quiz categories (or you think you may have a highly sensitive child), this video is for you.  I sat down and chatted with Robyn Openshaw about how to thrive as a sensitive person.

In this free class, you will learn how to heal negative emotions, stay balanced as a sensitive person, and what you can do to feel better RIGHT NOW. If you feel weighed down by your gifts, and need tools for thriving, you've come to the right spot.

There is nothing wrong with you - these are your gifts!  Learn how to use them in this video!

Simple Exercise to Stop Stress, Ease Anxiety, and Lift Brain Fog

This exercise is something I had been hearing about for years in holistic health circles.  But, it seemed almost too easy, so I never gave it the credit it deserved.

On a particularly hard day a few years ago - one of those days when you wake up feeling anxious, stressed out, shaky, and like you are walking through fog - I decided to try it out just to see if it did anything.

I was so amazed at how quickly it lifted the fog and eased my racing thoughts/heart/body.

Now I use this tool almost daily as part of my self care routines.

Come try it with me...
