This exercise is something I had been hearing about for years in holistic health circles. But, it seemed almost too easy, so I never gave it the credit it deserved.
On a particularly hard day a few years ago - one of those days when you wake up feeling anxious, stressed out, shaky, and like you are walking through fog - I decided to try it out just to see if it did anything.
I was so amazed at how quickly it lifted the fog and eased my racing thoughts/heart/body.
Now I use this tool almost daily as part of my self care routines.
