The Supplement That Best Supported My Healing

There is so much confusion and fear in the world of alternative health right now.  So many people are suffering.  There are too many conflicting ideas, modalities, supplements, diets, and “answers” promising to end the chaos.

Especially when it comes to gut health.

I know, I’ve been there.

I spend 10 years sick, totally depleted, and utterly exhausted from chasing my tail in the world of natural healing.

Somewhere along my path, I heard about leaky gut, and my symptoms seemed to fit the bill.  I was suffering from Hashimotos, adrenal fatigue, too many food intolerances to count, anxiety disorder, and my son was on the Autism Spectrum.

I dived into research, and it all kept pointing back to gut health as the root cause of most physical, mental, and emotional imbalances.

That then started the downward spiral of different restrictive diets and supplements, all claiming to heal the gut lining.  A lot of stress, time, and expensive food later, not much had changed.

I was spending most of my time in the kitchen cooking every morsel of food we ate from scratch.  We were also spending an astronomical amount of money on groceries every week.  And, despite my efforts, my kids were sticking up their noses up at every meal I put on the table.

I felt even more exhausted than before I started.

But, I was still convinced there had to be a connection between gut health and our symptoms.  Even though nothing seemed to be working.  It’s hard to be a mother wanting to heal herself and her children, with no answers.

Then, we found Restore.

I’ve got a whole linen closet full of expiring supplements, because Restore has replaced all of them.  It’s the only one I use consistently with myself and my family.  (And, no, I'm not getting paid to say this!)

What is Restore?

As you might have gathered, I like to do my research.  Perhaps the experts at Restore can explain their product best:

“Restore is a new generation, earth-derived supplement that promotes an optimal gut environment. It is not a probiotic. It is not a prebiotic. Rather, it is a carbon rich, alkaline liquid, with lignite derived trace organics and essential trace amino acids. With 70% of the immune system located in the gut, this optimal gut environment leads to great gut health.” – quote taken from www.restore4life.com

Food is FUN Again!

When we first started using Restore, we took a dose with each meal.  That’s all we had to do.  No restrictive diets.  No other supplements.  No stress.  Of course we were still eating healthy, but I didn't have to stress about it as much.

Our guts are healed now, and we don’t have to take it as often.  My kids and I usually take a dose once or twice a day.

All of our food intolerances have disappeared.  I think that’s worth repeating.  ALL of our food intolerances have disappeared!  It’s so fun to be able to EAT again!

Now, we always make sure to take a dose of Restore if we have gluten, non-organic food, or eat at a restaurant.  My oldest son, on the autism spectrum, still uses it a couple times a day as a preventative measure against sensory and digestive issues.
